deafPLUS provides a range of specialist services to deaf and hard of hearing people in the following:

Advice and Advocacy

We provide information, advice and guidance to deaf people in a wide range of locations throughout England.

Employment

We assist deaf people in East London find
employment, and to prepare themselves for future employment.

Community Development Services

deafPLUS provides a deaf community development service in Hackney, Surrey, Hampshire, Bath, Birmingham and various other locations, working with the local Deaf community and service providers to improve service provision.

Olympic Volunteering

We train deaf people to become volunteers during the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Equipment

We demonstrate equipment
designed to be used by deaf people and provide service users with equipment after they have been assessed.

Mobile Advisory Service (MAS)

Specially modified vehicles go to various places in the South of England offering information and advice on a wide range of topics related to deafness.

Life Skills

We deliver personal development programmes and organise social clubs and activities for our service users.
