Free Mental Health Workshops
Deaf and hard of hearing people living in Tower Hamlets can join free online workshops on mental health delivered by Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies .
The workshops will cover a variety of topics from improving sleep to spotting the symptoms of IBS.
